Jim Pirko, REACH Member and CAB Member, would like to invite you to a meeting of the Eastgate Council of Governments "Citizens Advisory Board" (CAB) on Thursday September 3rd at 7:00 PM in downtown Youngstown at the City Centre One Building. One of the topics they will be discussing is the possibility of developing and installing an "Intermodal Transportation Facility" on the north side of Girard behind the Golf Dome (see item #7 on the attached "Siteinvexcel.xls file). If the Western Reserve Port Authority could get the Youngstown Belt Railway Company interested in using the land behind the Golf Dome for the Intermodal Facility, that would prevent the C&DD Landfill proposed by Total Waste Logistics from going in.
